We are committed to making the experience of selecting and purchasing a memorial as positive and dignified as possible. Please let us know how we can serve you better. The following are our company's business policies:

1. Orders will be shipped regular ground unless otherwise requested.
2. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the creation of your memorial. If you require it sooner, please contact us to discuss arrangements.
3. All items damaged in shipping must be reported to the shipping company at the time of delivery and to Ashes In Stone within 3 days of receipt.
4. Traditional urns are returnable within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Ashes in the stone memorials are non-returnable and nonrefundable, except in the case of shipping damage.
5. Ashes In Stone must be notified prior to returning goods for credit, refund or replacement. Items returned must be in good condition.
6. All prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Cast stone is a natural product, composed of earth elements such as sand, rock, and mineral colors. Although we do our best to provide a product that is as close to the pictures you see on the website as possible, there will be variations in color and texture that are unavoidable. In our opinion, this is one of the attractions of cast stone - each piece emerges from the mold with its own unique nature.

For interested clients, there is an option of bringing the ashes and being present for the pouring of the statue. Due to the scandals in the industry in the past few years we are very sensitive to the concerns of the bereaved and want to make our process as open, transparent and accessible as possible.
